Is Now a Good Time to Sell in Beaverton?
Beaverton's March 2026 housing data sent a clear message to sellers: price it right and it will move.
What the data showed
With 2.36 months of inventory, supply remained tight. New listings entered at a median of $529,900, while pending listings had a median list price of $565,000 and 34 days on market.
The median sold price was $532,100, with homes closing at 100% of list price.
What it meant for homeowners
The market favored sellers who priced with intention. For buyers, it rewarded preparation and decisive action on well-positioned homes.
Market data changes. A personalized analysis of your home, neighborhood, and competition is more useful than a broad headline.
